What do I need for my exam?

The FAA has specific requirements for flight physical exams. If you have a CACI or a new medical issue you need to bring in a current, detailed clinical note  from your treating physician. Prior to your appointment, please fill out the Medxpress form and bring your confirmation number with you. Click below for more information and the Medxpress link.

What is BasicMed and do I qualify?
